Workshop Series
Saturdays with Shakespeare

This series for students age 9-15 will be held on campus Saturdays, 9 a.m. to noon, March 24 through April 21, with an April 28 trip to Winedale. Registration is required. Registration is limited to 25-30 students depending upon the number of assistant teachers we are able to engage. A certain number of those slots are reserved for students from schools in low-income communities participating in Shakespeare at Winedale Outreach. At present, due to an quick public response to this posting, all slots for other students are filled, but you are very welcome to email in order to be put on the waiting list, with the hopes that we can find ways to accomodate more students as the March 24 date draws nearer.

We will work as an ensemble to explore a Shakespeare text and perform it at the Winedale "Festival of Play" on April 28. The workshop series is free; the only requirement is that students commit to the intensive work and that they be able to attend every session in full. For more information contact Clayton Stromberger .
